Nona Village Marketplace - Vendor Registration

The Nona Village Marketplace helps local businesses promote and/or sell products & services to the Lake Nona, Moss Park and surrounding communities. Check in is at 11:00am and the event begins at 12:00pm. Your registration includes the following for the event:

• Village Connect Facebook Group Business Feature
• Village Connect Business Email Announcement
• Village Connect Website Nona Village Marketplace Listing

Businesses must bring the following items:

• 10 x 10 White or Branded Tent Preferred
• 6 ft. Table
• Chair(s)
• Materials, Products and/or Samples
• Marketing Materials
• Electricity, if applicable, must be provided by business

Rules & Regulations

• Village Connect will work to minimize multiple vendors selling/promoting similar products or services. Exclusivity cannot be guaranteed.
• Businesses must arrive 1 hour prior to the start of the event to setup and be prepared to accept visitors by the event start time.
• Business should not begin to break down before the end time of the event.
• Once product/service category has been confirmed, refunds are not available based on weather or other vendor issues due to financial committments made.
• Booths may not be shared with non-registered vendors.
• The Nona Village Marketplace does not allow the sale or promotion of firearms, ammunition, fireworks, hazardous items and/or inappropriate non-family friendly materials.
