  • Julie Weiss, a seasoned yoga instructor with a deep understanding of mind-body wellness, takes the lead on Chopra Yoga. Her extensive experience and commitment to promoting holistic health make her the perfect guide for this transformative yoga experience.

  • Rachel Romano, an expert in the art of mindfulness, will lead a workshop on Conscious Breathing. Her expertise will empower participants to harness the transformative potential of their breath, promoting a deeper connection with the present moment and overall inner balance.

  • Cait Rainey, an engaging and experienced facilitator, will guide the inspiring group activity that closes out our Fall Wellness Retreat. Cait's passion for fostering connections and building community will create a memorable and uplifting experience for participants as they come together to celebrate their wellness journey and strengthen the bonds they've formed throughout the event.

While the workshops will provide invaluable tools for personal development, attendees will also have the unique opportunity to connect with their fellow local residents and businesses. This communal aspect of the retreat not only enriches their experience but also nurtures a sense of unity and support within the community. It's a chance to forge new friendships, exchange ideas, and create lasting connections that extend far beyond the retreat itself. By fostering this sense of togetherness, our wellness retreat becomes not only a transformative experience for the individual but a collaborative platform for the entire community to thrive and grow. Did we mention that we will be having Mocktails and Appetizers?

Leading with Gratitude

Embracing our theme to lead with gratitude, and in the spirit of Thanksgiving and the upcoming holiday season, we will be gathering donations of gently used clothing for children and adults the day of the retreat. Every piece donated will find its new home through local charities, spreading warmth in more ways than one. Please note that any socks or undergarments need to be new and in the original packaging.

Additionally, with the retreat falling on Veteran's Day, it's a double celebration! We're offering a special discount to our brave veterans as a small token of our immense gratitude. Please share the code 'WELL4UVETS' with veterans that you feel will enjoy and benefit from these amazing workshops.
