Your Time Speaks: What is it saying?
Updated: Jul 11
Time is limited. How are you choosing to spend it? It’s never too late to start spending more dedicated time with the people you love the most.

Time is the most precious resource we have in this world. There is nothing we can do to bargain for more or get back moments lost. As such, how you choose to spend your time points to what you prioritize the most.
A relationship, like a garden, is a living thing. It needs tender care and attention if it is to survive and grow. When these important components are neglected, it leads to relational insecurity and division.
Healthy relationships require nurturing and intentional, devoted time.
Our time is the best gift we can offer to others. When we dedicate a span of our life to another, it’s akin to directly communicating how important they are to us. Time spent, or time not spent, sends a message straight from your heart to theirs.

What is your time telling the people you care about the most? Are you communicating that you cherish work, visual appeal, addiction, your phone, or status above all else? Or are you showing that you truly treasure your loved ones?
Quality time is demonstrated in many forms. It’s not what you do together that matters, it’s the time spent in communion and relationship with another that’s the key.
Make efforts today, this week, to start the habit of momentarily putting aside all that’s on your plate, and choose to be present and engage with your loved ones. Take time to notice how your relationships improve as you continue to do this over time.
