Responsibilities

  • Examine title documents and clear title requirements

  • Abstract Review

  • Collect and deposit escrows

  • Prepare and issue title commitments and title insurance policies

  • Prepare Closing Disclosure Statements/HUDs, Title Affidavits, Deeds, Balancing files for funding and other closing documents - all required documents necessary for closing

  • Perform any and all clerical and administrative duties required for the proper execution of respective job duties

Duties

Licensed Candidate will work with team of experienced real estate professionals and will be responsible for preparing transaction files for closing. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, preparation of Closing Disclosure Statements/HUD settlement statements, closing documents, title affidavits and conduct closings. Ideal Candidates must have prior Florida experience as a Title Processor. Must have the ability to interact with realtors, attorneys, closing agents and coordinators. Must have ability to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment and find joy in creating the Unik Title closing experience and be comfortable coordinating with team members in our office.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience required

  • Title processing: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Title Insurance License (Preferred)

  • Motivated and driven individual who is both a leader and a team player.

  • Ability to review title abstract and knowledge on how to clear title requirements

  • Ability to review and understand title instruments

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Ability to understand and interpret real estate transactions

  • Must maintain excellent communication skills with clients and real estate professionals

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

  • Establish a professional working rapport with our clients and any new relationships that are established.

  • Residential business development in Central Florida and surrounding areas.
